PNG Recruitment Box is excited to invite applications for the role of Sales & Marketing Manager based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. This full-time position requires a motivated professional to lead sales strategies, build client relationships, and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties and contribute effectively to the overall objectives of the role and organisation.

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct market research, evaluate industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to uncover business opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, promotional activities, brand positioning, and collateral creation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, set performance indicators, and deliver monthly revenue analysis reports.
  • Partner with senior executives to shape product positioning, pricing models, and market penetration strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management or senior business development roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving brand visibility.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, market analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
