Key Responsibilities

• Manage Marine Operations and Safety, requiring Master Class 3/4 Certificates of Competency (CoC).
• Oversee Engineering and Slipway operations with marine or mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Manage Properties and Estates with a property studies background.
• Administer Finance, HR, and Administration, including CPA-level accounting.
• Supervise mid-management teams in slipway, workshop, marine safety, crewing, property, depot, and logistics functions.
• Perform senior-level finance and HR tasks, including accounting system management (MYOB/Xero), payroll compliance, ICT network administration, and security asset protection.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master Class 3/4 Certificate of Competency for Marine Operations & Safety Manager position.
• Degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering for Engineering & Slipway Manager.
• Degree in Property Studies for Properties & Estates Manager.
• CPA Accounting Degree for Finance, Admin & HR Manager.
• Experience with MYOB and Xero accounting systems preferred for Senior Accountant roles.
