They are looking for passionate individuals with a get-it-done attitude to join their brewery team as Brewing Operators.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties and contribute effectively to the overall objectives of the role and organisation.

  • Fill the kegs and store beer
  • Supervise operations with materials and products
  • Conduct CIP and daily planning for the day’s cycles

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.

  • College graduate in any related science field
  • Minimum experience in food and beverages
  • Good planning skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable, self-initiative, and punctual
  • Availability to support shift, weekend, and holiday schedules
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Self-starter and proactive
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
