Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the organisation.
- Assist the HR & Administration Manager with daily office activities.
- Drive company vehicles safely and professionally when needed.
- Manage fleet maintenance and vehicle registrations.
- Help maintain office facilities and property, including PMMI premises.
- Ensure stationery and kitchen supplies are stocked cost-effectively.
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.
- Support CEO and senior management with vehicle-related needs.
- Promote a professional image to staff, clients, and visitors.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Grade 12 Certificate with passes in English and Mathematics.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of hygiene and workplace safety basics.
- Safe/defensive driving certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in driving, facilities, or administration support.
- Valid driver’s licence with excellent driving skills.
- Intermediate English communication, strong customer service, and time management skills.
- Ability to work reliably with minimal supervision.

- Support fleet management, including vehicle maintenance and registrations.

- Ensure office stationery and kitchen supplies are stocked and cost-effective.
- Maintain accurate filing, document management, and record keeping.
- Support the CEO and Senior Management Team with vehicle-related requests.
- Promote a professional image of PMMI to staff, clients, and external visitors.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.
- Grade 12 Certificate with passes in English and Mathematics.
- Basic understanding of computer programs.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and workplace safety.
- Safe/defensive driving certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a driving, facilities, or support role.
- Valid driver’s licence with excellent driving skills.
