ELCPNG seeks a Senior Program Officer to lead strategic planning, GEDSI support, activity implementation, and organized documentation within the CPP team to help strengthen community programs.

The ELCPNG is looking for a Senior Program Officer to work closely with internal teams and external partners to support planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Church Partnership Program (CPP). This role includes providing technical support on GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion) and safeguarding, assisting with implementation activities, and ensuring well-organized records and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties and contribute effectively to the overall objectives of the role and organisation.

  • Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of ELCPNG CPP strategic and annual plans and budgets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to all stakeholders.
  • Provide technical input and support for GEDSI initiatives, including child protection and safeguarding, and help build capacity within ELCPNG staff.
  • Assist with the implementation of CPP activities including managing contracts, payments, and logistics for program delivery.
  • Maintain organized files both in hard copy and digital formats, ensuring documents are stored according to activity codes and easily accessible.
