Laloki Psychiatric Hospital seeks Registered Male Nurses for an immediate one-year contract with potential extension. Preference to applicants from Momase, Southern, and New Guinea Islands region.

Laloki Psychiatric Hospital is currently inviting applications from Registered Male Nurses for a short-term contract position of one year, with possibilities for extension and career progression into public service roles based on performance. This is a great opportunity to start immediately and contribute to mental health care in the region.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties and contribute effectively to the overall objectives of the role and organisation.

  • Provide nursing care to patients at the hospital.
  • Work under a short-term contract with a one-year duration.
  • Potential to extend the contract and progress into a public service position based on performance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.

  • Possess an updated CV.
  • Have Grade 10 and 12 certificates.
  • Hold a Nursing certificate and current nursing practicing registration certificate.
  • Provide references and a police clearance certificate.
  • Submit an NID certificate or copy of NID.
  • Be male and between 21 to 35 years old.
  • Preference given to applicants from Momase, Southern, and New Guinea Islands regions.
