The COMPASS (Navigating Talents Towards Excellence) Graduate Development Program at Porgera is a comprehensive technical development initiative. It focuses on advancing graduates into technical specialization and leadership roles through hands-on work experience aligned with NPL Technical Learning Objectives at Porgera’s diverse operation sites.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible:

• A minimum GPA of 2.75
• Completion of final year studies in 2025 or being a recent graduate within the last three years
• Majoring in one of the following disciplines from recognized tertiary institutions:
  • Mining Engineering
  • Geology
  • Metallurgy
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Civil / Structural Engineering
  • Accounting
  • Human Resources
  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
