Maritime Cadet Scholarship Program | Ok Tedi Development Foundation

The Ok Tedi Development Foundation (OTDF), in partnership with PNG Maritime College and P&O Services (PNG) Ltd, invites applications for the 2027 Maritime Cadet Scholarship Program. This program offers 4 scholarships, 2 for Engine Cadets and 2 for Deck Cadets. Eligible applicants must be from CMCA regions, Preferred Area Development areas, or Non-CMCA/Non-PAD areas within Western Province.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed Grade 12 or FODE/DODL between 2019 and 2025.
• Hold a Certificate or Diploma qualification.
• Achieved Grade C or higher with a minimum GPA of 2.5 in required subjects (Engine Cadet: English, Mathematics A, Chemistry, Physics; Deck Cadet: English, Mathematics A/B, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, History).
• Be medically certified as fit.
• Possess a current Police Clearance Report and good community behavior.
