Gabiga Group of Companies in Papua New Guinea is seeking a Metro Transport Supervisor to manage and oversee its transportation services operations in Kainantu. This role offers an exciting chance to join a nationally owned company in the transportation industry.

The Metro Transport Supervisor role is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services delivery. The successful candidate will manage daily operations and oversee transportation functions to support the Group’s activities in Lae and Morobe Province.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties and contribute effectively to the overall objectives of the role and organisation.
- Manage transportation services effectively to ensure on-time and safe operations.
- Oversee daily transport operations across branches and report on performance.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to assure efficient logistics and service delivery.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.
- Relevant qualifications in transport management or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing transport services.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
