Key Responsibilities

  • Support the school’s vision and mission by delivering high-quality teaching duties and maintaining accurate student progress records.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teach units assigned, assess students’ work, and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain an orderly classroom environment, monitor attendance and behavior, participate in curriculum development, and assist with exam proctoring.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Metal Fabrication & Welding Technology or related field.
  • Preferably hold Tradesman Certificates.
  • At least two years’ industry experience in welding.
  • Experience in all types of welding processes, including plastic welding.
  • Experience in structural fabrication, weld inspection, and quality control is preferred.
