Key Responsibilities
- Support the school’s vision and mission by delivering high-quality teaching duties and maintaining accurate student progress records.
- Prepare lesson plans, teach units assigned, assess students’ work, and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain an orderly classroom environment, monitor attendance and behavior, participate in curriculum development, and assist with exam proctoring.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Metal Fabrication & Welding Technology or related field.
- Preferably hold Tradesman Certificates.
- At least two years’ industry experience in welding.
- Experience in all types of welding processes, including plastic welding.
- Experience in structural fabrication, weld inspection, and quality control is preferred.
