HEINEKEN is seeking an experienced HR Services Manager to lead HR policy implementation and operations in an FMCG environment, ensuring legal compliance and smooth HR functions.

 

HEINEKEN is looking for a dedicated HR Services Manager to join their team and drive effective human resource management within the FMCG sector. This role involves managing HR policies, supporting employee relations, and ensuring payroll and benefits administration are conducted smoothly.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties and contribute effectively to the overall objectives of the role and organisation.

  • Manage and implement HR policies to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with employment legislation
  • Provide expert advice to management and employees on HR matters including recruitment, disciplinary processes, grievances, and policy interpretation
  • Administer payroll and employee benefits
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Ensure HR operations run smoothly in the absence of the HR Manager

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • 5–10 years’ experience in FMCG companies
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on Power Apps experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and compensation
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and employment legislation
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and Power BI is an advantage
