Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing department
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and records
• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manage marketing supplies, promotional materials, and inventory levels
• Coordinate ordering, tracking, and distribution of marketing materials
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing documentation
• Support event coordination and community engagement activities
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Update databases and maintain accurate records
• Support budgeting, invoice processing, and purchase requests

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, administration, or business support
• A valid Papua New Guinea Driver’s License for travel between sites and events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation is a plus
• Familiarity with Canva and presentation design tools is an advantage
• Exposure to CRM, databases, or inventory tracking systems is beneficial
