Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in restaurants, bars, and banquet functions to Hilton standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly with a smile.
• Prepare dining areas, set tables, and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Recommend menu items and beverages knowledgeably to enhance guest experience.
• Support team members and maintain Hilton brand standards during busy events.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior food and beverage or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering Hilton’s exceptional guest service standards.
• Good command of English and clear communication skills with guests and team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and events.
• Valid health clearance and compliance with PNG employment requirements.
