Air Niugini invites a creative and motivated individual to join its Commercial Division as a Graphic Designer based in Port Moresby. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will craft high-quality visual content to elevate Air Niugini’s marketing presence across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret design briefs and identify project needs
  • Manage multiple design projects with strict deadlines
  • Create visual concepts for marketing campaigns
  • Produce illustrations, digital graphics, motion graphics, videos, and promotional materials
  • Develop design drafts, layouts, and presentations
  • Ensure all artwork aligns with corporate branding guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective marketing outputs
  • Test and optimize graphics for digital and print media
  • Revise designs based on constructive feedback
  • Support other marketing and communication efforts as necessary

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Multimedia, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong portfolio showing creativity and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • Excellent visual communication and creative problem-solving
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
