RightLines Brown Limited seeks skilled professionals for various roles in construction project management and consultancy under the Connect PNG Program. Roles include Engineers, Supervisors, and Design specialists based in Port Moresby, PNG.

RightLines Brown Limited (RLB), in association with Manu & Rightlines Limited (MRL), offers career opportunities for experienced professionals in Project Management and Supervision Consultancy (PMSC) assignments under the Connect PNG Program for the Department of Works and Highways. This is an excellent chance to work on important infrastructure projects in the Momase and Southern Corridors, as well as roles in the MRL Design Office in Port Moresby. Available positions include Project Managers, Materials & QC Engineers, Works Supervisors, Senior Draftsman, Draftsmen, Architect (Design), and Graduate Civil Engineer (Design).

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties and contribute effectively to the overall objectives of the role and organisation.

  • Manage and oversee project development and execution under the Connect PNG Program.
  • Provide expert supervision consultancy ensuring quality and compliance in construction activities.
  • Collaborate across teams within RightLines Brown Limited and Manu & Rightlines Limited to deliver project goals.
  • Support in-house capacity building and participate in on-the-job training for continuous professional development.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.

  • Must be a qualified and experienced professional in relevant engineering or construction disciplines.
  • Engineers with 7–15 years of practical experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, supervise teams, or produce design work depending on the role.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
