Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal audit plans for multiple business divisions.
  • Carry out financial, operational, and compliance audits to detect control weaknesses and risks.
  • Provide unbiased assurance reports to management and directors.
  • Recommend actionable improvements to governance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor progress and report on audit recommendations implementation.
  • Investigate irregularities and policy breaches when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • CPA, CA, or CIA qualification preferred or in progress.
  • At least 6 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, independence, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to regional locations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
