Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts.

• Supervise Front Office and Reservations teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in Front Office or Duty Management roles in hotels.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems, reservations, and revenue controls.
• Understanding of HSSE requirements and hotel safety standards.
• Proven team supervision and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high service standards.
