Key Responsibilities

• Lead the support, administration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and AI solutions.
• Ensure digital technologies are secure, reliable, and user-centric aligned with business needs.
• Manage operational support for digital customer channels, messaging, voice services, and enterprise integrations.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation within the organization.
• Lead cross-functional operations teams responsible for service delivery and incident management.
• Play a key role in shaping the future of digital transformation in Papua New Guinea’s power sector by leading conversations and guiding policy discussions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, IT, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
• Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Information Systems is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience including 3 years in IT Application Operations or IT service support in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in operational support for digital customer channels and enterprise integration applications.
• Expertise in application support, incident management, and service delivery in IT Application Operations.
