Administration and Application Process
The 2026 apprenticeship intake is managed in partnership with Airswift PNG, a recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Applications are accepted online via the Airswift careers page. Local candidates from Western Province and Telefomin may hand-deliver their application documents as specified in the advertisement.

- Aged between 18 and 26 years
- Currently in the final year at a technical institution or enrolled in NC3, TTC, or Diploma programs
- Healthy, energetic, and committed to gaining on-the-job learning
- Exhibiting consistent academic performance, teamwork abilities, and effective communication skills
