Monadelphous’s Maintenance and Industrial Services division offers diverse roles supporting mining and oil/gas sectors in PNG, including maintenance, construction, shutdowns, and facilities management.
Available roles include supervisors (Senior, SMP, E&I, Piping, Civil, Scaffolding), engineers (Senior, Graduate, Electrical, Mechanical), materials and CSR supervisors, site administrators, inspectors, tradespeople including boilermakers, pipefitters, welders, fitters, electricians, scaffolders, painters, operators, and more.
These FIFO positions involve physical work requiring climbing and stamina, with long-term opportunities for qualified applicants.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties and contribute effectively to the overall objectives of the role and organisation.
- Provide maintenance services
- Conduct sustaining and minor capital construction works
- Manage shutdowns
- Oversee operations and facilities management

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.
