Lotic Bige Limited is hiring experienced Project Managers with a strong civil engineering background to lead key construction projects in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. Preference given to candidates currently in PNG.

Lotic Bige Limited is seeking experienced Project Managers (preferably Filipino expatriates) to be based in Port Moresby. Candidates should have strong civil engineering expertise and proven skills in delivering construction and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties and contribute effectively to the overall objectives of the role and organisation.

  • Plan, manage, and deliver construction and infrastructure projects
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Monitor progress and provide regular reports to management
  • Lead site teams and ensure efficient execution of works

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager
  • Proven experience in construction, civil, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experience working in Papua New Guinea is an advantage
