Responsibilities

  • > Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead electrical projects including upgrades, modifications, and new installations.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, electrical codes, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with production, mechanical, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
  • Support energy efficiency initiatives and recommend cost-saving improvements.
  • Train and mentor technicians on electrical systems and safe work practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in industrial/manufacturing environments (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and electrical safety standards.
  • Hands-on experience with high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
