  • A degree or diploma in social sciences, public health, gender studies, development studies, or related fields is desirable.
  • Experience or strong interest in gender equity, social inclusion, and advocacy work is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to the mission of the National AIDS Council Secretariat and Papua New Guinea’s HIV response.
