City Pharmacy is now seeking dedicated individuals to join their Fleet Support team in the role of Finance & Admin Driver.
Role Overview
As a Finance & Admin Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery, pick-up, and dispatch of packages and staff, as well as performing related administrative tasks assigned by your Fleet Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport staff and/or packages to and from destinations.
- Ensure products are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Follow optimized delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delays.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client or retailer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily vehicle checklists and report any faults.
- Support administrative needs, including office pick-ups and supply deliveries.
- Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for use.
- Keep mileage and repair records updated.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Valid Class 6 PNG Driver’s License.
- Valid Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
- Medical Report (within the last 6 months).
- Experience as an Admin Driver, preferably in FMCG or logistics.
- Familiarity with local routes is advantageous.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including loading/unloading products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Integrity, professionalism, and discretion in all tasks.
