Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties and contribute effectively to the overall objectives of the role and organisation.
- Coordinate and perform monitoring & evaluation tasks to support program effectiveness.
- Manage financial and administrative processes ensuring compliance.
- Handle human resources functions including payroll and personnel management.
- Support policy development, planning, and executive functions.
- Conduct health services inspection and coordinate operations.
- Lead media, publication, and community awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate narcotics control activities at regional, provincial, and district levels.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following education, experience, technical competencies, and professional attributes required to successfully perform this role.
