PNG SDP WPHA Consultancy: Development of a Clinical Services Plan for North Fly District

The Western Provincial Health Authority (WPHA), in partnership with the PNG Sustainable Development Program (SDP), is inviting qualified consultants to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the development of a Clinical Services Plan (CSP) for the North Fly District, Western Province.

This consultancy will play a critical role in shaping the delivery of clinical services. It will guide facility development in line with Department of Health standards. The consultancy will also consider ongoing and planned infrastructure projects in the district.

📌 Assignment Details

Duration: 6 months (part-time engagement considered)

Location: Western Province (on-site with virtual inputs possible)

Reports to: CEO WPHA & SDP Director of Health

📌 Key Deliverables

1. Draft Clinical Services Plan for stakeholder review.
2. Final Clinical Services Plan endorsed by WPHA and SDP leadership.

📌 Submission Requirements

Interested consultants must provide:

1. An Expression of Interest summarising relevant experience in public health systems, clinical services planning, and similar assignments.
2. An updated CV with references and sponsor contact details.
3. A 6-month work plan with milestones, hours, deadlines, and place of work.
4. Proposed consultancy rate (hourly and daily).

📌 Support Provided

The WPHA and SDP will support the consultant with approved plan templates, travel coordination, logistics, and access to facilities and staff.
