Students from Hidden Valley Mine landowner communities are especially encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- Possession of a valid Papua New Guinea identity document identifying applicants as PNG citizens from Hidden Valley Mine mining communities, Bulolo and Wau-Waria, or Morobe province only.
- Completion of a Higher Education Certificate with a minimum of 60% pass in all subjects.
- For students intending to pursue Engineering courses, a minimum score of 70% in Mathematics and Physical Science is required.
- Tertiary students must have achieved an average of 60% or above in all major subjects. Current year academic results must be submitted along with a brief one-page Curriculum Vitae.

All applications must be submitted by 14 February 2026.
