Requirements

  • Organize and assign loads for delivery and pick-up by trucks and Highway Truck Drivers.
  • Plan and coordinate loading arrangements with clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of fleet status and availability.
  • Collaborate with the Lae workshop to ensure timely availability of trucks/trailers.
  • Manage tie-down gear for safety and accountability during operations.
  • Provide timely delivery status updates to management and clients.
  • Supervise loading processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare trip sheets for payroll processing of drivers.
  • Generate and maintain operational and transport reports for TWL sites.
  • Handle transport operations requests from management and clients to ensure service excellence.
