Requirements

  • Engage proactively with area supervisors to deliver expert technical advice and bolster Mobile Equipment Teams’ efficiency.
  • Respond quickly to repair calls, providing essential service for both routine and emergency situations to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Direct tasks and offer technical guidance to subordinates, enhancing team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior maintenance leaders on planned maintenance tasks to ensure timely operations.
  • Manage stock levels effectively and initiate orders as needed to maintain service availability.
  • Implement cost-control measures while maximizing resource utilization within budget constraints.
  • Flag and resolve safety hazards with the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent while upholding safety standards.
  • Oversee the regular performance reviews of technicians, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Encourage a safe working culture by leading safety toolbox meetings and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Support company policies through the enforcement of discipline as necessary and responding effectively to employee inquiries.
