Join BSP Financial Group Limited as a Systems Operator based in vibrant Port Moresby. In this key role, you will support the Senior System Operator in ensuring optimal IT Network Operations and facilitate the successful execution of End of Day processing for PNG and the NPCs. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our daily operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Execute all daily operations tasks effectively, including posting of batches, pays, and reprinting reports for PNG and all NPCs.
  • Ensure successful completion of all End of Day processing.
  • Prepare the End of Day process Summary Report for Senior Operator’s review and distribute as required.
  • Ensure correct queuing of End of Day processing reports for printing or archiving at Bizedoc.
  • Monitor BSP Network Operations through the iNOC room and escalate issues to the relevant technical team promptly.
  • Conduct regular health checks for data centres every 3 hours and report any issues promptly.
  • Deliver necessary data extracts for IPS Sendero and AML within the specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Complete work orders and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
