Requirements

  • Promote a zero-harm culture with visible Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) leadership and compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of technical and non-technical training while maintaining accurate training records.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and external training providers to ensure training quality and compliance.
  • Contribute to training budget management and analyze program effectiveness.
  • Support trainer development and continuously improve training quality and compliance.
