Requirements

  • Develop and complete medium, long term, and strategic mine planning for underground incline mining operations including production scheduling, design, and cost estimation.
  • Oversee and manage the mine’s computerized dispatch system to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Ensure all mining designs and plans comply with company policies, health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and agreements with landowners.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop graduate mining engineers to build a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to health and safety and enforce workplace safety practices among the team.
