Kenmok Limited is seeking a motivated Receptionist and Administration Officer to join their dynamic team. Requirements
- Attend to the front desk, manage phone calls, and welcome visitors and clients with professionalism.
- Screen visitors and schedule Manager appointments efficiently.
- Monitor GPS systems and generate relevant reports.
- Review and manage CCTV footage as required.
- Update and maintain fleet records accurately.
- Collect Easipay readings and submit them to the appropriate Office for processing.
- Assist with maintaining Staff and HR records.
- Oversee the issuance and management of CUG phones and SIM cards.
- Support Security staff recruitment and foster effective management practices.
- Organize operational meetings and accurately document minutes.
- Provide essential office support related to staff ID management, confirmations, filing, and data entry.
