Requirements

  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and travel arrangements
  • Support procurement and activity coordination
  • Maintain records, correspondence, and documentation
  • Organise receipting, invoices, and financial documents
  • Assist in preparing reports and donor updates
  • Liaise with partners, suppliers, and community teams
