Requirements

  • Manage and ensure the integrity and comprehensiveness of all Tender and Contract documentation.
  • Strategically lead the procurement department to achieve the company’s Cost to Customer (CTC) objectives and align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct strategic sourcing for all goods procurements, focusing on cost-benefit analysis to realize savings and protect company interests.
  • Oversee compliance of all Tender and Contracts with specified terms as per the established Conditions of Contracts.
  • Facilitate adherence to Group Procurement Policies and Procedures (GPPA) throughout the tender and award process.
  • Continuously improve procurement plans to meet Group/Division requirements and address emerging issues.
  • Track and maintain records of Tender and Contract processes with rigorous detail.
  • Ensure pre-contract and post-contract tender processes align with prescribed policies and procedures.
  • Develop local procurement talent through staffing, training, and exposure initiatives.
  • Coordinate thorough Vendor Engagement Programs to enhance contractor relationships and performance evaluation.
