Requirements

  • Deliver network projects on time, ensuring all goals and targets are met.
  • Maintain and update project methodologies and documentation, including the BSP Network documentation with diagrams and configuration files.
  • Support knowledge transfer and training initiatives between the IT Communication Support and Projects teams at the conclusion of assigned projects.
  • Ensure the installation of data cabling and network infrastructure adheres to design specifications.
  • Configure network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to optimize performance.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to address routing, switching, and firewall technologies for new or replacement infrastructure.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure effective asset management and reporting to Finance and IT.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue resolutions and service improvements.
  • Deliver professional outcomes in all project-related tasks to ensure quality objectives are consistently achieved and minimize task revisits.
  • Design system configurations, direct system installations, and enforce network standards.
