Requirements

• Coordinate the movement of goods/parts into and out of the country.
• Handle customs clearance documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and specific handling requirements.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to arrange efficient shipments/freights.
• Expedite the movements of goods/parts timely and efficiently.
• Oversee all logistics activities related to the import and export of goods/parts.
• Ensure that all shipments comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists, and submit invoices for management approval.
• Track and manage the status of shipments, resolving any issues that may arise during the freight processes.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with shipping/freight companies and suppliers.
• Produce and submit regular tracking reports to management.
