Requirements

  • Coordinate documentation for staff Performance and Development Reviews, ensuring thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Administer contracts and monitor probationary periods for new appointments to ensure compliance and performance standards.
  • Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding of new staff, facilitating smooth induction programs that welcome new team members.
  • Manage and coordinate staff training and development programs, collaborating with external training bodies to enhance employee skills.
  • Address employee grievances promptly, fostering a positive organizational culture and maintaining employee relations.
  • Support various HR duties and administrative tasks as required to facilitate overall HR operations.
