Requirements

• Assist and support the HSSE and Compliance Manager in all aspects of workplace health, safety, and compliance, providing essential guidance to supervisors and employees to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
• Ensure that all health, safety, security, and environmental policies and regulations are effectively managed across all depots.
• Guarantee that statutory obligations and compliance requirements are fulfilled in all work areas, meeting the expectations of relevant stakeholders and government authorities.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive compliance register.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that quality expectations of iPi Transport are met according to established policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and submit appropriate reports to relevant stakeholders as required.
• Monitor operational areas to ensure compliance with iPi Transport’s certified quality management standards, specifically ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Conduct HSSE improvements across operational areas and provide supervisory guidance on QA and HSSE in iPi Transport’s satellite operations.
• Lead and facilitate internal operational audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
