D&R Trading in partnership with PNG Recruitment Box seeks experienced professionals for multiple roles in Port Moresby. Candidates with strong leadership, finance, IT, sales, and marketing skills are encouraged to apply.

2. HR Team Leader

Education Qualification

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management from a recognized university. A member of PNGHR Society may be an advantage (Team Leader).
• Bachelor / Diploma in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university, with Certificated in CPA may be advantage (Finance Executive).
• Bachelor / Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized university, with background in networking and PC Support (Senior IT Specialist).
• Bachelor / Diploma in Business or Sales & Marketing or Communication from a recognized university or college (Sales Executive & Marketing Specialist).

Years of Work Experience

• More than 6 years’ experience as HR Generalist or Senior HR (Team Leader).
• More 6 years’ experience as Senior Accounts supervisor Team leader (Finance Executive).
• More than 6 years’ experience Senior IT Officer or IT Team Leader (Senior IT Specialist).
• More than 7 years’ experience working in Finance institute or lending firm as senior sales rep or business development rep (Sales Executive).
• More than 6 years’ experience Senior Marketing officer, Business Development officer. Experience in preparing marketing plan and reports, analysis (Marketing Specialist).

Soft Skills

• Attentive to details, good management skills, multitasker, good oral and written skills, Excellent Microsoft excel, word and outlook (Team Leader, Finance Executive, Sales Executive).
• Experience in building system and network management & troubleshooting, software engineer and PC support duties (Senior IT Specialist).
• BPNG/FASU AML compliance knowledge, SOP awareness, and strong Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills (Marketing Specialist).
• Have experience working with AI tools, (Canva, chatgpt, etc), Excellent communication skills oral & written, good PR and able to plan and manage event coordination and preparation. Good Microsoft 365. Experience in Digital marketing & Brand management (Sales Executive).

What We Are Looking For

• Should have experience in Payroll.
• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws of PNG, Industrial relation, employee relations and have leadership experience (Team Leader).
• Finance Executive Must have good work experience AR & AP, with accounting software such as ERP systems, knowledgeable in preparing financial reports and doing audits (Finance Executive).
• Must be honest, have good time management skills, and able to plan framework for manage special project.
• Have sober habits.
• Able to lead a team
