Requirements
- Monitor Mobile and ICT Network elements for outages, faults, and performance issues.
- Escalate faults to appropriate stakeholders and follow through on resolutions.
- Coordinate network fault troubleshooting with both internal and external parties.
- Prepare and submit Root Cause Analysis Reports for network incidents.
- Respond to and resolve customer queries efficiently.
