Requirements
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel generators, including Caterpillar 793 engines to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair engine faults, responding swiftly to unplanned breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Overhaul engines to guarantee the reliable operation of our power generation systems.
- Manage spare parts requirements and collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for efficient maintenance.
- Promote health and safety initiatives to maintain a zero-injury workplace culture.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives within the team.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems to support operational efficiency.
- Assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the diesel plant.
