- Must be a PNG citizen

- Must be in Year 2 of Undergraduate studies in 2025

- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0

- Must be a first generation university student
-
- No previous disciplinary issues

- Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies at the following Higher Education Institutions:

- Divine Word University
-
- Pacific Adventist University
-
- University of Papua New Guinea
-
- PNG University of Technology
-
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies at the following Higher Education Institutions:
