Public Tender Announcement – NCDC Building Projects 2025
NCDC Building Projects: The National Capital District Commission (NCDC) is calling on qualified and experienced building construction companies in Papua New Guinea to participate in its 2025 NCDC Building Projects Tender. This is a great opportunity for local contractors to contribute to the improvement of education infrastructure across Port Moresby’s primary schools.
📋 Tender Details
- NCDC 2025–53: Design & Construct 1 x 8 Classroom Building for St Pauls Primary School
- NCDC 2025–54: Design & Construct 1 x 8 Classroom Building for Evedahana Primary School
- NCDC 2025–55: Design & Construct 1 x 8 Classroom Building for Boreboa Primary School
- NCDC 2025–56: Design & Construct 1 x 8 Classroom Building for Ted Diro Primary School
✅ Minimum Eligibility Criteria
- Fully PNG-owned company or business
- Tender deposit of K5,000 (Bank Guarantee only)
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Design & Construction of Building Infrastructure
- Ability to provide a bank guarantee or commence work without advance payment
- Sound financial capacity to complete works
- Employment of qualified and registered Architects and technical professionals
Tender documents will be available from 17th October 2025 at the NCDC City Hall cashiers’ office upon payment of K200 per tender.
📅 Submission Details
Sealed Tender Bids must be submitted in A4/A3 envelopes and delivered to City Hall before 10am on 31st October 2025. The Tender Box will be located on the ground floor of City Hall, and opening will occur immediately after closing time.
