2025 Report crimes to nearest police station commanders
In 2025 and beyond, it is crucial for the public to know how to report crimes and seek police assistance.
In the National Capital District (NCD) and Central Province, the general public has to have access to accurate and up-to-date information especially on how to report crimes and seek police assistance. The acting Assistant Commissioner of Police, Benjamin Turi, emphasizes the importance to report crimes, seeking help, or addressing police misconduct directly to the nearest police station commanders or section heads.
With ten police stations and a police post in NCD, Commander Turi assures that there is sufficient manpower to attend to the public’s needs. Similarly, in Central Province, there are seven police stations available for public service. Commander Turi encourages the public to utilize these resources and, if necessary, report any lack of response from police station commanders to the Provincial Police Commander (PPC) and Metropolitan Superintendent (Metsupt).
