Bridgestone Tyres (PNG) Ltd is looking for three (3) Key Accounts Executives to join their dynamic team at the Head Office in Lae. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading multinational company and the largest distributor of Bridgestone Tyres in Papua New Guinea.
About the Role
The Key Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The position requires effective project management, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Conduct weekly tyre assessments and collect relevant data.
📌 Input data into the Bridgestone Tyre Management System.
📌 Present tyre reports and recommendations to clients.
📌 Identify and source tailored tyre solutions for customers.
📌 Manage customer tyre inventory and orders.
📌 Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely breakdown assistance.
📌 Generate and submit monthly customer and tyre reports to management.
📌 Meet monthly sales volume and profit targets.
📌 Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
📌 Monitor customer credit accounts and assist with debt collection.
What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
✔️ A valid driver’s license.
✔️ Prior experience in the tyre industry is a plus!
