Our Mission, Vision and WHY?
PNGRB is that bridge linking both jobseekers and employers divided by streams of social media platforms. Our vision, mission and purpose can be summarized in three simple words, “recruitment made easier”
Started out as a hobby project addressing the disconnect between jobseekers and employers looking for talent to occupy vacancies. Employers were looking for talent on LinkedIn, but a good pool of candidates were either on Facebook, Twitter or have no social.

Story
What started as a passion project quickly turned into a game-changer. We noticed a gap: employers were searching for talent on LinkedIn, but many skilled candidates were hanging out on Facebook, Twitter, or weren’t on social media at all. The disconnect was real, and we knew there had to be a better way.
So, we built PNG Recruitment Box to be the bridge—bringing together jobseekers and employers in one place, making recruitment easier, faster, and more accessible for everyone.
